Cold weather in SLC = Me and Boo in Vegas.

Madsen had his first taste of Vegas. He woke up both mornings at 4am and was ready to party. I would take him in his stroller to go walk around the casino and shopping area and would pass people just heading up to bed at that hour. That one hour time difference really threw the little stinker for a loop.

Cool- my own seat on the plane.

Today I am 6 months old

Madsen is 6 months old and is about to crawl. He rocks back and forth on his hands and knees and then goes backwards. Pretty soon he will be crawling away and hiding from me. I also gave him his first hair cut...I thought I could handle it myself since there were only about 10 remaining baby hairs to cut off. Goodbye to the comb-over.

One year down...one to go!

Elder Okland has been in Germany for one year. We miss him so much!

Looks like his schedule is wide open....

Fluffy!

Halloween

Madsen had a fun filled day on Halloween - he went to a parade at OCC in his costume, to see dad at work and to visit Grandparents. He was not very excited about getting in his costume. The turtle neck about sent him over the edge- that will be the last one of those he will ever wear.

I was Wanda with a group from work. There were five wives and one husband...I was dressed so nasty that Jason did not want me to stop by his work. I can't blame him... But I stopped by anyway.
Elephant Man

Get me out of this!!

He knows Jason will give him candy....

When beetle juice came to the door on Halloween night- I heard my mom say "do you have a bag?" She thought beetle juice was a solo trick-or-treater. It was Lauren....Madsen even thought she was funny. I bet next year seeing someone dressed up like that will send him into a full meltdown.

Excited to be out of his costume and hanging out in bat pants waiting for more trick-or-treaters.
